We pay for all labor and material costs for the complete installation. This includes the electrical infrastructure required to power the chargers.

There are none. All warranty hosting and operational fees/ charges are covered.

As the operator we pay all expenses. Electrical usage is paid to the host property.

We hold a primary insurance policy that covers the equipment and liability of the charging interaction with the public. Most EV Charging structures put this liability onto the host business.

Wallbox Pulsar Plus, Enel x way Juicebox Pro 48 11.5 kW 8 to 10 hr Chargers are standard. For a limited 0me, Juicebox Pro 80 19.2 kW 4 to 6 hour chargers are available as a free upgrade if the property can support the additional electrical load.

You will receive 10% (Limited 0me upgrade from standard 5%) of the profits. You also receive the added retail benefit to your business from new customer base and online/app outreach. Customers can see your location long before they arrive or while planning their trip.

We operate a 24/7 call center for any customer related issues. Constant internal monitoring of the units will alert our engineers in the event there is a fault with the chargers. Simple online resets will alleviate 90% of these issues which are rare. If necessary, a technician will be dispatched to handle any physical on site repairs.

Under this program, chargers are upgraded every 5 years throughout the active term. This ensures that the chargers are in peak condition, current with the latest technology and operating with the latest protocols to optimize outreach, communica0on and customer interaction features.

As the operators, we assume all and costs associated with maintenance, and upkeep and  component replacement of the charging units.

Make Ready” is when the electrical service from the Breakers to the conduit and wiring is already in place to support the EV chargers. Thai can be because you have existing chargers, they service was run with your new construction properties, or in the event you wish to have your electrician install this in order to receive a higher percentage of the profit sharing. In the event your property is legitimately "make-ready," your property can qualify for up to 50% profit sharing in this program.

15 years standard, 12 years if your property is completely or par0ally “make ready”. This lease is completely transferable to the buyer.

There is a liquidated damages clause in place where there is a fee to terminate early and exit the agreement prematurely since we are investing in this program. We are assuming all the risk and incurring all the costs for installation, deployment, management, insurance, maintenance, and future-replacement of hardware. This fee is on a decreasing sliding scale as the term progresses.

This agreement is completely transferable to the buyer.
